2023 Training Seminar Info and Forms

EXHIBITORS, CONSULTANTS & VENDORS 

Sunday, June 11th – Tuesday, June 13th 


The Annual Training School for Tax Collecting Officials will take place June 11-14, 2023 at The Hotel Ithaca in Ithaca, NY. An integral part of the training program for Tax Collectors and Receivers is the consultation and participation of computer/software vendors; forms & procedures vendors; and banking vendors. We expect roughly 40 tax collecting officers to attend this annual training school and would appreciate your support. We are again planning to integrate your services into our schedule of the 2023 program. Your participation in this conference will be a valuable contribution to the success of the program. We are setting aside a special foyer room reception area for companies to set up an exhibit/table. 


Set-up will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday the 11 at The Hotel Ithaca.


Exhibit hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday; 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Monday & Tuesday; Monday morning at 8:45 a.m. each exhibitor will be offered a 5-minute opportunity to introduce yourself and your product to our attendees. 


EXHIBITING INFORMATION Exhibition Fee: $350.00 

Includes: Table, chairs, wastebasket, electric & sponsor recognition in the training seminar program and at the reception.
